1. Exhibits Review
This exhibition focused on displaying high-precision temperature control products such as TEC small chillers, chemical liquid chillers, hot and cold plates and precision temperature controllers.
TEC small chiller
Utilizing advanced thermoelectric TEC temperature control technology, the unit boasts a compact design, silent operation, and environmentally friendly performance . It can achieve a temperature range of 10-60°C with a control accuracy of ±0.02°C, providing an efficient temperature control solution for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Chemical liquid chiller
Designed specifically for temperature control of highly corrosive and high-purity liquids, it operates stably and achieves high-precision temperature control in strong acid and alkaline environments. With contact components made of high-purity PFA and quartz, it is suitable for use with a variety of high-concentration acid and alkaline chemical solutions, ultrapure water, and other specialized fluids.
Hot and cold dishes
Used in heating and cooling processes during wafer manufacturing, such as resist coating, resist stripping, and bonding. Temperature range: 60°C to 600°C on the hot plate and -15°C to 60°C on the cold plate, meeting the stringent temperature uniformity and consistency requirements of various semiconductor manufacturing processes.
