SEMICON China will be held from 3.26 to 3.28 in Shanghai. This exhibition includes the world's major equipment and materials manufacturers in the field of semiconductor manufacturing, the exhibition area of 90,000 square meters, to be held more than 20 meetings and activities. The exhibition features five thematic zones: IC Manufacturing Zone, Compound Semiconductor Zone, Core Automotive Club Zone, Micro-LED Zone, and SEMI China Talent Program Zone; covering the whole industry chain of chip design, manufacturing, sealing, equipment, materials, photovoltaic, display and so on. FerroTec Thermoelectrics will bring a variety of self-developed temperature control equipments such as chiller, thermostat, cold plate, etc. to the exhibition, and the booth is located in Hall N2-2419. TEC chiller

Refrigeration capacity 160W~2KW, using self-developed semiconductor components, stable performance, high precision temperature control, compact size, with multi-function alarm system and a variety of communication methods.

Constant temperature compressor chillers

Refrigeration capacity ranging from 1.5KW to 20KW, stable and excellent performance, different temperature control precision optional, easy to operate, can be customized according to the demand for research and development of refrigeration capacity.

Low-temperature compressor water chiller

Setting temperature can be as low as -80℃, single and double channels can be selected, compressor and water pump can be selected according to the customer's demand for inverter mode.

Direct heat exchange chiller

Adopting compressor-less method for heat exchange, optional variable frequency pump, realizing significant energy saving; high precision of temperature control, suitable for process control from room temperature to high temperature.
